At Manuel’s Taco Hut, we take pride in preparing fresh, made-to-order food. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by management.
1. All Sales Final
Due to food safety and quality standards:
- No refunds or returns are permitted without management approval
- Food items cannot be returned once they have been prepared or served
- We do not accept returns on consumed or partially consumed items
2. Management Approval Required
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be considered only with management approval and under limited circumstances, such as:
- Incorrect order prepared by our staff
- Food quality concerns reported promptly
- Technical issues with online ordering or payment processing
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
3. Online & Prepaid Orders
For orders placed online, including prepaid or scheduled pickup orders:
- Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun
- Refunds are not guaranteed and require management approval
- No refunds will be issued for failure to pick up an order on time
4. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Provide your order number
- Describe the issue clearly
- Requests must be made on the same day of purchase
Management will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.
5. No Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of repeated refund requests, suspected abuse, or violations of our policies.
6. Policy Changes
Manuel’s Taco Hut reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
